Within the Pacific Star Resort & Spa is the Pacific Star Cafe and for lunch every day they offer a themed buffet. Friday is by far my favorite day because that is when the chefs are dishing out Indian cuisine!

One of my favorite dishes is the Palak paneer, which is made from spinach and cottage cheese. I can eat that along with the fresh Naan bread all day long.
You can also enjoy an array of chutneys, dishes like Chicken Tikka Masala, fish or lamb curries, dal, aloo gobi, chole bhature, butter chicken and more. And if you are a vegetarian, this Friday buffet is perfect because majority of the food is vegetarian friendly.

Executive Chef Leland Feng and his staff have put forth a buffet that many will enjoy. Now if you are new to the cuisine or not too keen on certain spices…this buffet is ideal because it offers you the ‘basics’ of such a colorful and extraordinary cuisine.
For $19 bucks you can travel to India and taste the flavors they are known for.

If you get the chance, stop by the Pacific Star Cafe on Friday and taste the Indian lunch buffet from 11am-2pm. It’s $19 for adults and $9.50 for children 6-12 years old (subject to a 10% service charge). It is quite the steal if you ask me!
